If something arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or simply needs attention, contact RFL Wellness Store at rflwellnessfoundation@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the issue.

Because RFL carries products from multiple suppliers, return eligibility, return windows, and return instructions can vary by item. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can review the order and give you the correct next step.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method according to the applicable order and payment-processing timeline.
